The month of September seemed to fly by. Maybe because we were extremely busy! I am going to take you on a journey through Impressions Catering’s month of September. Here we go!

September 7th, 2019

Chantelle Roberson:

Our blushing bride on the 7th of September wanted rose gold everything! (A girl after my own heart, let me just tell you). Chantelle gave us the opportunity to showcase our brand new rose gold flatware! When she came to her tasting, we learned that she had a garlic allergy, and seeing that we use garlic in almost every single one of our recipes, we gladly took on the challenge to create a brand new menu that steered away from her allergy! This was such a beautiful wedding and we are so glad that Chantelle let us be apart of her big day!

Ocoee Society Gala Preview Event:

This event was a little different for us! We weren’t given specifics on a menu, we were able to be creative. Being creative is actually our favorite thing to do. When we have the ability to make something new out of a few different ingredients, that is when new menu items happen. That is exactly what this event brought forward to us! Check out all of the fun new appetizers that we got to create!

TVA NAYGN:

TVA and the North American Young Generation in Nuclear gave us the opportunity to support them, through food of course. We love encouraging the younger generation, and what a better way to do that than with TVA and NAYGN! We got to pass some really cool appetizers, but sadly we did not get any pictures from this event.

Museum Gala:

Shout to the the Museum Center at 5ive Points for 20 years of education about this area! We have had the privilege for the past couple of years to provide a beautiful plated dinner for the Museum’s annual gala, but this year was a little different. A traveling exhibit, Safari in the Southeast , stopped at the museum, and it just so happened that it was around the time of this year’s gala. Let me tell you, the safari theme did not disappoint, and neither did the food! Decor 1601 was in on the project by bringing the draping, chandeliers, gobos, the bar backdrop, etc., while we did the floral and decor! This was such a fun event!

Hailey Connor:

To finish the beautifully busy month of September, we ended up off the bluff of a mountain. We ended the month with outstanding views from the top of a mountain in North Georgia in the Macklemore community! I am still dreaming about how magnificent this view was! We have a few fun stations including a carving station, panini station and even a late night popcorn station!

I hope that you enjoyed seeing what all September had in store for Impressions Catering and Events. Be on the lookout every Friday for a new blog post!
