The gluten free brunch wedding this past Sunday was a complete hit! The groom said, “#glutenfreefriedchickenforthewin!” about our classic chicken and waffle skewers. It was a challenge that no other caterer wanted to take on but the planner continued to pursue finding a caterer that would accommodate. We gladly took on the challenge! Breakfast and brunch is probably the most difficult menu to make gluten free, but like my friend Walt Disney said, “It’s kind of fun to do the impossible!” Chef attended French toast action station, waffles, biscuits and gravy and even shrimp and grits were all gluten free! We stopped all of our regular production so we would not contaminate the gluten free menu for this beautiful forest wedding. We sourced the highest quality gluten free ingredients and products to ensure that the bride, groom, and guests experience was at the highest level possible.
